The classic ‘Stop, Start or Continue’ dilemma to improve alumni relations.
Most education institutions are great at the ‘Continue’.
We all love the ‘Start’.
But what about the ‘Stop’? That one is usually a little bit tricky.
So here are my top 3 things I would ‘Stop’ doing in 2016 to improve alumni relations.
- Stop chasing mailing addresses for your alumni.
- Stop producing physical alumni directories.
- Stop providing ’email for life’.
Do you agree with me on these three or have I missed something?
And what would you recommend to other schools to stop doing in 2016?
I would welcome your thoughts.
